What’s new in this exclusive version of our “RIO II”?

• The leather

We have dressed this shoe in a special leather: a “braided” printed calfskin, patinated in a beautiful emerald green.

• The welt

Those who have tasted the Rio and the Rio II know it well… the ultra light sole of this sneaker makes it featherweight, a shoe that you don’t feel on your feet. The sole is cup-stitched and resolable.

• The last

The shape of the Rio is relatively thin, which makes it a rather dressy sneaker.

• The “made in”

As you probably know, we have a tough obsession at Caulaincourt: finding the best “hands” to create this or that object according to its specificities. In other words, we cannot be skilled in everything, and our “religion” consists of entrusting the manufacturing of our shoes to absolute experts depending on the type of product.

For this Rio II, we naturally placed our trust in our Spanish atelier, the same one that manufactured the first pairs of Rios 3 years ago. A pair of sneakers made to last, for many, many years.

This pre-order will not be followed by any series.
