It is the first “basketball” type sneaker from Caulaincourt.

Kerguelen is an elegant and casual leather sneaker. Very comfortable, it is handmade in Italy using carefully selected leathers. You can personalize your pair of sneakers thanks to the handmade à la carte patina which is included in the price.

A shoe with incredible comfort.

The fact of being manufactured from noble materials (no synthetic materials apart from the sole which is made of natural rubber) makes the Kerguelen absolutely comfortable. It avoids the “stove” syndrome that is often encountered on “classic” sneakers.

To maximize comfort, it is equipped with a Xight sole.

Add to that a soft leather and you get a shoe with incredible comfort.

A customizable leather sneaker

We offer à la carte patina for all our shoe models and the Kerguelen is no exception. You can choose from the patinas we have imagined or tell us about your project. Everything is possible and we will take real pleasure in bringing your ideas to life. Did you know that Caulaincourt could customize the sole of your sneakers? Immaculate white, vintage look or solid color, the choice is yours!

Tip: the sole dirty from being worn is not inevitable! Bring your pair to the store, we have everything you need to restore its shine.

In terms of materials, on this version of the Kerguelen we offer a superimposition of full-grain leather to be patinated, and white grained calfskin.

The patina on the non-grained parts is à la carte, and included in the price.

Good to know: Caulaincourt is one of the only shoe makers in the world to offer the resoling of its sneakers.
